The fluid filled mounts were just in the G20, AFAIK.  Don't think the B-13s
had anything in there but rubber.  There are a couple web sites with good
directions; you can probably find then on the search page or plain old
Google.  Basically, you just tape something solid, maybe with aluminium
foil to prevent sticking on one side and fill from the other.

All the OEM pads I've seen have the cut through them like that, and the
leading and trailing edges tapered down as well.  Dunno why.  I guess the
slit is to help expell dust or water?
