Anyone have any experience with the "cheap" electric impact wrenches that
proliferate on eBay? There are many that sell for under $30. Obviously, no
pro-mechanic would get close to one, but what about just for occaisonal
shade-tree mechanic use?

Also, can I use regular sockets with an impact wrench? What's the advantage
of using impact sockets? The impact sockets are much more expensive than
regular ones...
