Red Line Oil

Hey guys. I've been using Red Line Oil in the
engine and trany of 99SE-L for little more than
2 years. The car has about 55K miles on it, about
40K of these with Red Line. It is supposed to be
a great oil. However, I have recently read and heard
some pretty negative reviews about it. Enough that
I'm considering a switch. What I'm wondering is,
would there be any downside to switching oils
after this many miles? Red Line is unique in that
it uses a polyester base stock. The oil I would
like to switch to is the new Mobil 1 tri-synthetic.
Thanks for your help.
