I bought a set of pry-bars and tapered drifts from harborfreight.com.  The
drifts are (!) tapered to a point on the end - and are perfect for coercing
bolt holes back into alignment.

As someone mentioned - tapering the end of the bolt also helps.  Just be
careful not to cross thread anything.
