If you only have an oil pressure sensor there, it is
okay. You should be able to get reasonable pressure
reading (a bit lower than where you tap it off).
However, the temp sensor will not be accurate. Oil is
just sitting there without circulation. And it is not
a good thermal conductor, therefore heat is not
reaching your sensor efficiently. The stainless steel
might even help cool down the oil inside.
