I totally agree with that.  My brother used to work there, so I hear all the
crap he had to deal with.  Management wasn't as bad as the customers,
though.  He got the most stress from dealing with the customers.  One
example was a BMW owner who wanted the cheapest tires.  Come on!!!  If you
drive a BMW, you should have the $$$ to buy decent tires.
