MAF nightmare (RD 4 or 5 or 8)

Plugged the harness connector back in, turned the ignition key on, and
doublechecked
voltages from terminals B C D --> ground.

Voltages are:

        Terminal B: 12.27V looks like ... Battery voltage?)
        Terminal C: 11.06V - this is the ground line right? Voltage near

                                        battery level there doesn't
sound good to me?

        Terminal D: 10.46V - no idea what this is, but that's the
voltage I get from it.

So, ... is my MAF fried?  What's the next step?
