lube question

I had the same problem one time, I *barely* touched the mechanism and it
released.

I sprayed it with...  WD40.

It either cleaned out the crud or made it slick enough to release but
I haven't had a problem since.

The sticking parking brake should come up a few times in the archives,
it seems to be mostly a B13 thing.
