startup engine noises

I went through the archives and I beleive my problem is related to the chain
tensioner.
I just want confirmation.  When the car sits for a couple hours and I go to
start it, I get this metallic jinglying noise for a few seconds and then it
goes away.  I just installed my cams and now I have this noise.  I believe it
also has to do with oil pressure.   I just wanted to know if this is the
symptons of the chain tensioner going bad, thanks!
