What they are trying to say is that its illegal to run really bright driving
lights while curzing the strip.  Leagly you should hook that wire up to either
a realy that comes off of the power for the brights in your car, or just hook
it up to a switch that goes to the battery positive.  Ive never installed piaa
lights before but im almost sure they are just covering there asses... nice
lights though.
