intake/check engine light & remote reseting

greetings all (again)
well i've installed the jwt pop charger now, still waiting for the p.l. cai,
and i have to admit, the engine in my car roars with excitment now!
but after i installed it, i have a check engin light comming on.  i thought
maybe it might be the mass air flow sensor but i don't know. i have an air
intake temp. sensor and i think that may be the reason the light is on,
anyone with any ideas?

another thing, does anyone know how to reset or "make functional again" the
remote entry "clicker" that comes with the car. i have disconnected the
battery and now one works (had the dealer do it, but there must be a cheaper
way) and one doesn't.  anyone know about these sorts of things?
