What's the big deal with coilovers?!

For what it's worth, I compared the perches of the AGX
with my stockers and they were exactly at the same
height. When mine was still stock the height of the
driver's side fender was about 24 3/4 and pass. side
was 24 3/8 (fronts only, didn't measure the rear).
After hypercoil/agx and 1" spacers they're about
24 1/4" and 24 1/8" in front, 24 1/4" rear both
sides. The 1.4" difference btw the hypercoil and
stock seems to be only in the free length. The top
three coils are very soft. I would have preferred
stock-like rate on top rather than the hand-squeezable
70 or so lbs/in. That lowers the whole car too much
for me.

True, but we haven't gotten those measurements from
anyone.
