I just went through the same thing. Start the car,
let it warm up. When it's hot turn it off. I bet
you if you touch the radiator, the passanger side
is warm but the driver side is cold. Also the hose
going to the thermostat is cold. It's the radiator
and its clogged being what flushing can do. Post to
the list, I bet thats what it is.

Did anyone get my overheating 101 write up?
