Besides the obvious, how do I adjust the throttle cable/ throttle
plate?  The DET throttle plate does not seem to have as much motion.  Is
this normal, or do I have to adjust the throttle cable.  Right now, I
have the throttle cable so that it is taunt with the throttle plate
fully closed.  Maybe tomorrow, I will check to see if the plate is
opening fully.
