Hi-port intake swap (medium)

Don't bother porting the intake, it won't make one bit
of difference, espeicaly on a stock motor.

A rough surface flows worse due to a thicker boundery
layer.  Having a rough intake if from the carburetor
days where a thick boundery layer could help mixture
distribution.
