Mark, On my SE-R the brush holder got gummy causing the brushes not to extend properly. I was in a rush and couldn't call around town to find a new assembly so I just bought a rebuilt from the dealer. (the dealer's price was cheaper than rebuilts from Napa, Pep Boys and Chief). Dave
