2 part question

part 1. on page 65 of the MAY SCC, it has a snapshot
of individual throttle bodies for the sr20. Anyone
know where to get these or any info about them? (IE:
work on b13/b14/b15? what is the gain? good place to
read about them)

part 2. Intake Manifold design
what is a general rule of thumb for intake manifolds?
the shorter the runners, the more low end tq? the
longer the runners, the better high end flow? is there
a such formula? (LAMEN TERMS please)
