AEBS header install prep

I've searched the archives and FAQ's and I have found
a wealth of info on installing headers, but I haven't
found the answers I need.  I'm installing a AEBS
header on a classic and need to know:
-what do I do to block the EGR port (if I use a plate,
what kind of plate, the dimensions, and where are the
holes at on the plate?)
-what size bolt will plug the AIV?
Any pearles of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.
