19 degrees has been proven to be the best on most cars
with stock cams and stock ECU after extensive dyno
testing to determine it on many cars.

Itr works fine on 91 octane fuel with stock
compression and stock cams.

With thinner air you can get away with more advance
due to the lower air density!
