How to determine custom belt size?

This is in the archives.  I did this about a year ago.  I listed a few
numbers, as well as a few other listmembers.  Even easier though is to call
the auto parts store and ask for the non AC belt.  And yes the shorter one
is a 4 rib belt and should be put on towards the outside of the pulley.
