You guys are making this way more difficult than it is. The rear O2 sensor
is only used to check the CAT, all it needs is a signal that is different
than the front O2 sensor. All you have to do is leave it hanging in the air
outside of the downpipe. No CE light, mo muss, no fuss. Another alternative
is to install a known to be bad O2 sensor in the downpipe (this is what I
do). You can just not worry about the CE light since the deletion of the 2nd
CAT should not effect performance. And finally, I was able to search on
google and find in less than 5 minutes a good way on how to make an O2
sensor simulator that moves the voltage and only costs a few $$$ to make.
