"Five" 350 Z models?

I just received a brochure from Nissan it's all about the Z the car.
According to the brochure they offer 5 350z models:

350 Z Standard
Enthusiasts Model
Touring Model
Performance Model
Track Model

My attention is towards the "Enthusiasts model" how come Nissan didn't offer
this kind of equipment or selections on the Spec V?....Do you think I could
save money if they offer these on Spec V sentra?

And this Track Model if I buy one, can I use this car on streets?
