Well Id soak all those studs with PB blaster for as long as you can.
Applying it like on 3 hour shifts :)  And just hope for the best.  As for
the broken one, see if you can get a left hand threaded bit for your drill.
Cause usualy it will bite enough to pull it out.  That way you are first
drilling the small hole needed to use more serious measures and you might
get lucky.  The few times Ive delt with broken bolts they will start to back
out if you do that and sometimes come all the way out if the threads arent
galled up infront of it.  Then you will either get the bolt to back out if
you slowly use the drill on it or get a good pliot hole for the next step
you want to tak
