IIRC, you should use something with molybendum. My Nissan tech
friend swears by throwing in some antiseize as well. When he did
my clutch and used his little recipe, my pedal never got gritchy,
always smooth as hell, for about 2 years. After I dropped the tranny,
replaced the clutch, and used some regular grease I had in my garage,
the pedal was gritchy after a few months.
