Starter Rebuild Questions

Well, I was doing some other work on my car, resealing the waterpump.

When I went to start it up to do the whole warm the motor thing, she
wouldn't start.  I got into it and found that the starter she's a no work.

The diagnosis is that the Positive Brushes in the starter are completely
worn out and no longer contacting.  Has anyone rebuilt a starter??  If so,
where did you get your brushes from??
