As I was saying to Steve, it can be really annoying when you make about 5
qualifying statements saying that it's just your thoughts etc. and there
isn't really any solid data backing it up and someone points out exactly
that.

Steve really didn't do that, but it's sort the same idea. It just sucks when
  you go out of your way to "preflame yourself" and people point out the
exceedingly obvious, which you're already pointed out yourself (such as
there's no data). Then you go on the defensive even more... The whole point
is to have an open discussion is it not? So why leave anything alone really?

Plus, as I figure it, if no one can really tell which is faster stock for
sure without dynos and about 5 comparisons under a bunch of conditions, then
it really doesn't matter... especially in a tuning crowd.
