Because, that's why.

Actually, I already answered that question *and* I suggested search criteria
for the archives.

I don't have time to repeat myself at this point.  I've been working 12+ hrs
per day, plus weekends preparing for our audit that starts Monday and I've
still got a lot to get done.

So, the brief answers are in my previous responses to this question and a
longer explanation is in the archives.  Besides, my brain is so fried right
now I probably wouldn't get the long answer right.
