In fact, the Sentra CA has a factory broad band O2.  The lean burn VTEC
Honda motor (can't remember the model designation) does as well.

These sensors aren't as good as a laboratory-grade broad band, because they
run at a lower temperature and thus have longer life but are more
susceptable (sp) to measurement error caused by variations in EGT.

However, they work a lot better than a 'standard' O2.
