Well, SERCA has hosted the last two conventions, and will host it's third
straight this year.  If someone else wants to host a get together, and call
it "the SE-R convention", then fine.  SERCA will be holding a National
convention this year in Phoenix.  We are debating where SERCA will hold its
convention next year (2003).
