This is exactly what I get w/ my car.  At idle I get barely readable.
This is what MarK Schoenholz and others have experienced.

The most I ever see *HOT* is 40psi.  This
is w/ K&N Oil filter, 5w30 Mobil 1 and a 0.060 restrictor.
